DISGUSTING AND SHOCKING SERVICE

I am absolutely DISGUSTED AND SHOCKED at the service I received from Netflorist!!!!! Being a Corporate Client, you would think that they value your business, but they don't!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a Gift and Delivery for one of my Biggest Clients who had a Birthday on Friday. I processed this on Wednesday morning early, to ensure everything is on track and that nothing could go wrong... IT DID!!! The gift was never Delivered as the Driver pitched up at the business premise s 8'o clock at night!!!!! I only found out now at 14:00 on Monday, because I phoned to follow up. Can you believe this?? Not an apology, NOTHING!!!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER USE NETFLORIST AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
