Disgusting and disappointing service!

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable service from Netflorist. I ordered a Birthday cake for my wife on the 1st of Sept for delivery today, 6th September together with a personalised message. Based on their marketing and advertising, I was expecting delivery some time this morning. When nothing arrived, I called in at 3pm, to find out what happened. Aside from an "out for delivery" message, there was no other way for them to determine what happened to my order. I called again at 5pm to enquire, but it's now after 8pm and nothing. No sms or email to let me know that my order was on its way, no communication that my order was delayed.

Unbelievable that in the context of our current economy, they are so laid back about customer service.

Definitely not supporting them again. Also will be sharing this terrible experience with all family, friends and unsuspecting customers as well.
