Disgusting 100% unsatisfactory service!!! - Order ***
<p>I ordered flowers and a box of lindt chocolates to be delivered to my mom on Mothers Day.I asked that it be delivered before 9am as she had plans the rest of the day.the flowers were delivered at around 8am which was great but there were no chocolates.I call netflorist and was told that the chocolates will be delivered in a seperate order.I was not happy but accepted it and asked my mom to hang around at home just for a little while.About 3 hours went by and still no chocs so I call again and was told yet again that it will still be delivered on that day. he will ccheck where it is and call me back - still no call till today. By this time my mom has missed her breakfast plans and was hoping to make it to lunch.around 3pm still no chocs so I call again and was told that the delivery will be done on Tuesday.I was fuming.My moms entire mothers day was ruined over a measly box of chocs.the guy said he will call me monday morning to get the work address that it can be delivered to.up until today still no call.i email netflorist on Monday and get am email from Njabulo Radebe telling me that the chos were delivered with the flowers (implying that my mom has ****). I have provided all this information and clearly no investigating was done confirming that the 3 people i spoke with agreed that the choc were not delivered.Njabulo wants to then offer me a R100 voucher.I was not inconveneinced, my mom was. i asked that she be compensated and that something is given to her as an apology when the chocs are delivered. he says no. near in mind still no investigation has been done. one of the guy's I spoke with was Rudy who says that he never spoke with me. Why take his word for it instead of doing an INVESTIGATION??? you guys say 100% satisfaction? more like 100% DISSATISFACTION. you guys have ruined my moms entire mothers day and then feel like you can just sweep it under the rug. Appalling and disgusting. I have the next 2 months full of birthdays and I assure you that I willo be looking at another company as you guys are unreliable and dishonest and have no sense of good service!!!</p>
