Disgusted with Netflorist Service

I am really disgusted by the service received from NetFlorist. I have sent WhatsApp messages, contacted them through their website, and emailed them, yet no one has responded to me.

I have supported them for many years, but if this is the level of service being provided, I will definitely not be purchasing from them again.

This is just a heads-up, guys — after placing orders and making payment, it becomes extremely difficult to get hold of them. The lack of communication and customer service has been very disappointing.
