DISGUSTED WITH NETFLORIST!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with Netflorist. I placed an order before 10 today. Iwas surprising my daughter who got her drivers license. Netflorist didn't say they would not be able to deliver my flowers. I even chatted with an agent Dominique to find out about my delivery. She never mentioned it will not be delivered or there is something wrong. I feel that Netflorist just took my money and sent me an email at 18:06 to say Non delivery and I try calling their call center but guess what!! They are closed but an agent was supposed to call me shortly.
