Disgusted Service

We ordered an item names "African Violet Zoo" at a cost of R289.90. To our disgust we had to find our that firstly they sent the wrong pot - ordered the Elephant and they delivered a Rhino - then only to find out the Violet plant was not even a proper plant - just pieces stuck into the soil! This was a special gift and it didnt even last 2 days after delivery. Reason i am only complaing now is because i only found out on Monday that this is what was delivered and the Recipient didnt want to say anything. This is not the first time Netflorist is deliverint total "****" excuse my language but it is a disgrace. The order number was *** dated 24 Feb 2022. Placed by Monique
