my sister ordered me flowers for my birthday on the 2nd Dec for delivery, 1stly the driver called me at 05:40 asking if am still at work how funny and we rescheduled for the 03rd it then arrived at 03:30 and they were dead i called in numerous time to advise of the and last Thuli took over the query said she will call back that’s did not happen and again i called still she had no answers, so I asked Yesterday I specifically asked you if I should leave the flowers at work or should I take them home and your answer was take them home, so know you saying they will be collected really did you expect me to bring them back to work WOW so much of a service. Then Koketso asked you and you want to collect at home, I stay alone there is no one to open for you. The reason I asked yesterday was for collection purposes.

Now Thuli tells my sister that she is going to give her a voucher of R150 how pathetic is that this is not service its being bul**** and financial abuse by you guys
