Disgusted in service

This is the 2nd tume i have orderd from Netflorist and again utter disapointment. 1st time u made valintines day horribale by not delivering and then when u did it was rotten horrir roses. Now today im getting mails u cant deliver what i asked dor today only tomorrow i dont want it tomorrow i want it today and when i mail and ask for a call noting no reply no call. Realy u guys put adds everywhear but u cant even deliver il be posting on all social platforms if i dont get a call before 5pm today
