DISGUSTED IN MY SERVICE

I placed an order on the 8th of December for my Fiance's birthday. Regardless to say the package was not delivered after i followed up 4 times yesterday they assured me it would be delievered by 5pm<br> Which was not done. it was a special birthday and the gift i had chosen fitted in with our pland perfectly, i had everything planned out but due to NON DELIVERY AT ALL AND FALSE PROMISES my plans failed. PLEASE DONT EVEN BOTHER ADVERTISING HOW YOU CAN MAKE THINGS RIGHT IN ANY RELATIONSHIP IF YOU CANT DELIVER.<br> VEry embarrassed as i got him to go into work just for this specific delivery
