disgusted by Netflorist

I ordered flowers when it came to payment and proof I was rushed, then I was promised a delivery before 17:00, I kept on calling they kept saying the driver is 15 minutes away, I waited 17:05 while at the gate where they were meant to deliver they send an email which states that they just tried to deliver the recipient was not there which is a lie they never pitched. Netflorist are ***** and ******** when I requested for my refund I was told I have to wait up to 10 days as if I am at fault they are not a good business
