Disgusted!

On the 28/11/2019 I placed an order for my husband for our anniversary. I'm extremely disappointed as we didn't receive what was paid for and the card wasn't typed out properly either. Please advise if I can get a refund as this is false advertising, paying for something that wasn't delivered.
