Disgusted at the service!

So I was supposed to receive my package today The driver got here while I was in a meeting, called me once, and I immediately called back as I was on my way out. Then I get told that he left already Yet their policy is that they should call the client three times and then if they don't answer on the third attempt they should leave yet I only got one call. Not to mention I listed the floor number and if he had come up to the floor reception would have called me So not only did he not come to the correct floor he also didn't call me three times before leaving This is unacceptable we pay a fee that's almost as high as the cost of your gifts for same or next day delivery and now I must wait longer for it because of their lack of efficiency Nonsense!
