Disgusted and highly disappointed by Net florist

On the 25th of November 2023, my boyfriend ordered flowers for my birthday. The flowers were not delivered, the person called and made an arrangement to deliver the next day which never happened. They only delivered on the 27th. We demanded a refund which never happened. Today 28 March 2024 he ordered flowers again they were not delivered, he specified that they were to be delivered before 17h00, only to get a call from the delivery person at 19h00 when I had knocked off. I gave her an address to deliver the flowers then she told me she can only deliver the next day. What's the point of delivering the next day if I will not be around to receive the delivery. This lady had the audacity to lie about coming to my work place and she couldn't find me. Why didn't she call the person who placed an order if she couldn't find me. I'm appalled by the service,I'm actually disgusted with the service from netflorist
