DISGUSTED

On the 29th of November I placed an order for a personalized item to be delivered by the 5th of December for a birthday, Payment was made immediately. Not only was the item NEVER delivered on that day, but it was followed by communication from myself where a bunch of lies were given that indicated that there were numerous attempts at calls made (to a cellphone which has a call register which showed no calls), Another chance was given for them to deliver the gift on the 06th which of course never took place and again a bunch of lies was delivered. When I checked the tracking for the item to my surprise the item was still recorded as "In Process"..I have cancelled and requested a refund and now got told I have to wait 3 to 10 working days for money to reflect into my bank account....THIS IS TOTALLY DIGUSTING FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY …NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
