Disgusted!

I think it is ludicrous that they charge a delivery fee for every item... EVERY item!! even if you order 4 of the same thing, to be delivered to the same address, you get charged 4 delivery fees!!! They try and soften the blow and say the first delivery fee is Rx amount, and the other 3 are discounted to Rx amount, but seriously, which company on this planet charges a delivery fee PER ITEM?!?!? I would rethink your policies Netflorist, especially in these difficult times when we are all supposed to be helping one another. You have lost yourself a client.
