Disgusted

I recently ordered cream roses and after much confusion, the person i ordered for received pinkish roses that then turned peach. All i got on the phone with Netflorist is that they have a clause on their website that says they will substitute to the closest if what you have ordered is not in season or not available. How is it possible for you guys to substitute on my behalf, do you know the person i am ordering for, do you know their likes and dislikes. You guys didn't even have the courtesy of contacting me for the substitute or cancellation. It is *********. You guys need to get a lesson in customer service. You guys want to tell me i have 24 hours to contact you to let you know, why, how many people who send roses to someone get feedback from that person to say they didn't like the color. Really....like not in this day and time do i need to worry about if the flowers i ordered will be correct. I'm absolutely disgusted by your service and will never be using your service again.
