Disgusted

I write this with great disgust. I ordered flowers and chocolates for a friend who was coming to attend training from Swaziland at PWC in waterfall city, I specifically said they should ask for the training and evaluation where she was but the driver decided to give the flowers to someone else.

The recipient only received the flowers and didn't receive the chocolates, the so called Goodman who received the gift is denying the chocolates.

I am so disgusted because my friend is leaving for Swaziland tomorrow morning at 6am and the I was thinking you guys are professionals. How do you deliver things to another person that belongs to the other person.

I demand a refund for those chocolates because they were never received. I will never ever use your services again let alone tell other people about it.

Trust and believe word of mouth is very powerful. I will await notification for my refund before close of business today and not interested in any other stories or excuses..
