Disgusted

I am extremely disappointed in the recent service. I have been using netflorist for years with no hassle.

This is a service for special occasions and to make people be able to reach out to others that they possibly cannot be with. A service is suppose to be provided. A contract is made when the order is placed as money is exchanged.

I had half my order delivered. I want the extra money that was ****** from me refunded not a voucher. A refund.
