Disgusted

Placed order (*** if you care) on your site this morning, sent payment via EFT and site still shows order is Pending (Unpaid). Called your call centre and was told you had not received payment confirmation so I called the bank, they manually sent it through, still nothing on your site. Called bank YET AGAIN, and had it sent for the SECOND time... STILL nothing... Same-day delivery time has passed and I am VERY annoyed with the service received from NetFlorist.
