Disgusted

Absolute worst experience. I placed an order. Before placing the order I contacted 2 Netflorist employees and asked whether the order will be delivered kn the desired delivery date, and both confirmed that it would. I placed the order and the delivery was confirmed on the order confirmation aswell. By no surprise the order wasn’t delivered as they confirmed it would, and no correspondence that it will be delayed, I had to call them twice, the day after the supposed delivery date to find any answers. The people from te address to which it needed to be delivered, left the city before the parcel could be delivered. Utterly disappointed and Netflorist won’t see my business, neither my family, colleagues or anyone I know.
