Disgraceful service

Netflorist truly has the worst customer service I have ever received from a gift company, what a disgrace, so disappointed, will never use you again. The delivery date was not as promised due to the not having any stock but they didn't even try to contact me to inform me, instead I had to contact them only to find out it will be delivered later, yesterday they decided to whatsapp me to remind me it is someone's birthday coming up, I sent my complaint to them as well as I have tried to do it via email, but they dint even care enough to reply, they are utterly disgraceful service provider.
