Disgraceful Service

My son in the Netherlands ordered roses for his girlfriend for Valentine’s Day 3 days in advance. The address was an office park in Westville - an easily accessible area. He told them the delivery had to be before 5. They arrived at 7.05pm when no one was there. They said they tried to call but we have no record of this. The roses have still not been delivered (lunchtime on the 15th). I have spoken to 3 agents and sent an email. No one has helped me. It’s a disgrace. I
