Disgraceful service

I ordered birthday flowers for my wife. The website showed a very nice arrangement and the description also said 15-20 stems of Roses and Daisies. What I got was 6 roses and no daisies. The birthday card was NOT the one I chose and the birthday balloon had no air in. I went to the "talk to us" tab on the website and lodged my complaint and guess what - NO RESPONSE. It is now a week later and still nothing. This is false/misleading adverting and legalized theft. I will never support or promote them again. disgrace
