Disgrace service and quick to debit ***

I wanted to surprice my friend with a gift as it was her birthday today, only to find that it wont happen. I ordered a cake and flowers and baloon to be delivered on the 16 of July, to my surprice my friend only flowers and baloon no cake, after telling her not to buy cake I bought her one. I am very dissapointed in the service i got as I caalled to follow up and I was told that they will call me back they want to check with warehouse , I was never called back. I called again and gues wat voice note that I reached them after office hours. if they can just let me kno when the cake will be delivered and what purpose will it serve?
