Discriminatory and disrespectful behaviour to customers

NetFlorist are unable to verify validity of vouchers and have been ignoring my e-mails since last year. I requested the matter be escalated and was advised someone would revert but nobody has despite numerous follow ups. I wonder if it is usual practice with NetFlorist to ignore their customers or if there's perhaps a reason for the ************** toward me.
