Disconnect Between Netflorist and RAM Courier

<p>Been trying to have a gift parcel delivered to the UFS campus since Monday. I know there has been unrest on campus but we just cannot connect with an intelligent human who is prepared to tell RAM Courier not to just keep trying to deliver to the campus knowing full well that it is closed and that someone needs to get hold of the recipient for an alternative address. In the meantime the wine and chocolates just get driven around in a hot van every day with nobody taking ownership of the problem. Typical SA business. Wont be using them again anytme soon.</p>
