Disappointment

I am so disappointed with the service. The delivery arrived late. I ordered the flowers the evening before the delivery date, the flowers arrived at 16H02 when the recipient had already knocked off at work, and had to go back to work to receive the flowers that were no longer fresh. the gift did not serve the purpose anymore. very disappointed.
