Disappointment

I ordered a man crate for Valentines day below is my order number. I was so disappointed in the quality of the goods.<br> <br> Firstly it was in card board box it was meant to be in a crate. Then there was no Lindt chocolates in the crate as per the picture that they had on their website and there were no substitutes in the box <br> <br> i contacted Netflorist and their response was that there packaging department now uses cardboard boxes. The previous man crates that i ordered from Netflorist came in a crate. <br> <br> They have done nothing to rectify this problem
