Disappointing surprise by Netflorist

Who doesn't like a good surprise? I decided to surprise my boyfriend with a cute little personalised gift from Net Florist. I placed my order on the 02 May 2018 for delivery on the 10 May 2018. I used convenient paypal to pay. So the 10th May arrived and I waited and waited and nothing was delivered at the end of the day I called Net Florist only to be told that my order was not released but they promised Delivery on the 12th May 2018 today is the 14th May and still no delivery. I am absolutely disappointed with your poor service . Your clients clearly don't even deserve a call to let them know that their delivery will not be made on their special day.
