Disappointing Services

Am very sad on this day I got a text stating I will receive a parcel from someone special the business delivery starts from 07:00am to 17:00pm. I send a text stating that I knock off from work at 16:30pm I was told it will be delivered before that time nothing was received. I send a text on WhatsApp that auto response thing stating it 17:00 I have not received my anything and I have left my work place then at 18:44 I am told that I have signed off the delivery Shocking because I wasn’t at work at that time it a **** and I didn’t receive a call from anyone stating they dropping off my gift. I am very sad coz they ruined my Valentine I was left alone at work every lady received flowers not me. Netflorist services are not good please anyone reading do not make any order on Netflorist because they will sure disappoint. 😒 I don’t even want the flowers anymore I just need for a person that made an order to be refunded back!
