Disappointing service with slow follow through.

Had recently used NetFlorist for a fruit basket delivery which went well but as it was not for a special occasion on a specific date, didn't matter when it was delivered nor was there anything else with it (to go missing). Used NetFlorist again last week for a birthday delivery of flowers AND chocolates and a small birthday balloon. Only the flowers were delivered. We had to chase up the company, and asked for a small credit for the remaining items as now the birthday event was over. They promised to deliver the chocolates and balloon (which on their own were piffling) the next day. Two days after that and several emails later they were finally delivered. Would rather have had a credit as it was just too late. No explanation for the oversight. I thought perhaps it was just a genuine oversight, but having read all the awful reviews about this company we will definitely not be using them again.
