Disappointing service - separate gift delivery

Netflorist have no decency to inform their clients that purchases will be delivered separately. I purchased two gifts for a friend for delivery together. They actually delivered the gifts separately. When the first gift arrived, there was not even a card to say that it was from me. How can you deliver gifts separately? Without a card? This is not on man. You pay twice for delivery also! And the website is terrible. I will not buy here again!
