Disappointing service from Netflorist

Hi,

I am so disappointed in Netflorist. This was my first time ordering from them. The chocolates they send, expired! The delivery was not made in time. The courier company phoned me, asked for my home address only not to show up. So my other pack of chocolates was in their store for the whole weekend!

This was suppose to be a presents for teachers!!!

Never will I be ordering from them AGAIN!!!
