Disappointing Service

So disappointed by the lack of service received, I ordered two items that were meant to be delivered to my company for my Aunt's 60th Birthday, before 4pm however no one is able to tell me what time the driver will be here . Not acceptable Netflorist especially at the prices you charge for goods. Also I ordered two things on one order however one was a gift and one was flowers but I was charged a delivery fee for each and the orders were split. So greedy and its ******* never using you again.
