Disappointing Service

The flowers which I have ordered looked vastly different from the ones that I were received. Good they sent a pic, else I would not have known. I have been sending emails since the 1st of September and I am still waiting. They offered me a R150 voucher and since then I have not heard from them again. This was offered after multiple emails with no response. I even have photos to proof it. I would have been happy with an apology email after I sent the first email. The person who promised the voucher was Olivia and I have not heard from her since.
