Disappointing Service

I ordered a gift for a friend's birthday, I filtered by area and date so that i order ONLY the product that can be delivered the same day 11th May. the gift does not get delivered, no one calls to say anything. when I called on the 15th I am told that the driver tried calling the birthday girl but couldn't get through. So without any feedback to me, they just decide to wait until the 16th to redeliver. That is really disappointing, the driver should have informed HQ and someone should have called me or sent me a message because the birthday girl was still in the building. And also Netflorist does not think of giving feedback on why the gift was not delivered and they take 5 days to deliver.
