Disappointing service

What a disappointment. Hubby placed a order for Valentines day as a suprise and well it was never delivered. He called numerous times on the day and they kept promising it would be delivered in time before i knock off work which did not happen. So he thought it will be delivered today only to find out that will not be happening as there driver **** and said he could not get hold of us yesterday. Supposedly when you call it gets recorded so maybe they should have listened to all the calls that were made to them. Thank you for ruining Vday. For future clients maybe don't take orders if you can't deliver. We will most definitely not make use of your NON service again.
