Disappointing Service

The service was so poor that they botched two deliveries in a space of two weeks. First on 09/07 they did not deliver at all and only informed me on 11/07 - was refunded though. Then on 19/07 they again did not deliver and only delivered (a birthday gift) a day late on 20/07. All they did was refund the delivery fee. After almost 20 years of support I will not again be using or recommending net florist. Please do support another more deserving business.
