Disappointing service @netflorist bad service

I ordered a gift for my daughter on the 5th for her birth day on the 6th but it was sunday so I had to postpone the 6th to the 7th and they promised me that it will be delivered on the 7th but they did not even when you call they promise you .their service is very poor very poor imagine promising a baby a gift and and all of a sudden the is nothing and i dont often see my child so i am very disappointed
