Disappointing service

Placed an order on 9 feb to be delivered today as a Valentines day gift and it still hasn’t been delivered yet, The order which i placed on 13th for delivery also on Valentines day was delivered today,

I even contacted the call center and was advised it will be delivered today by 7pm and still at 20:41, no delivery

So disappointing as this was a special gift, very very disappointed with Netflorist services
