Disappointing service

One star is actually to high for the service I received from Netflorist. I ordered a gift for my boyfriends birthday. The scheduled date of delivery was the next day(Saturday). They contacted him in the morning to confirm address and not indicating that they do not deliver to the area. I called them numerous times and was on hold on Saturday for hours and no response. On Sunday I contacted the chat box and then they advised after 2 hours later that they do not deliver in the area and they can only deliver next week Wednesday. The assistant Rene was not helpful and she did not care about the fact that they missed the birthday. How can a business that delivers on special occasions not meet the occasion. I am very upset and i would definitely not recommend them.
