Disappointing service!

Extremely disappointed with my purchase. Flowers didn't look anything like the arrangement advertised. They also withered away in 2 days ....shocking! For the price paid, it's an absolute fail! I'm also very dissatisfied with no estimated delivery times projected. You can't expect a person who's celebrating a birthday to wait from 8am to 4pm just because Netflorist will not give an estimated delivery window. I don't think I can use this service again. No attempt made for customer support re-assurance either. Goodbye Netflorist!
