Disappointing service.

Bought a nice looking (on the site) wine ice bucket with snacks for a gift and the person got a can with snacks and the bucket looked nothing like the advertised bucket on the site. This is extremely disappointing as I was expecting to send a nice gift and all they got was a silly looking bucket without the wording that was meant to be on the bucket. And even more disappointing was netflorist drivers marking am order delivered a whole 45 minutes before delivery the order, which lead to use trying to contact and chase after them while they were still on route. Very disappointing service from Netflorist.
