Disappointing service

I signed up for the first time with Netflorist. I was then issued a R100 voucher to use upon signup however the voucher did not work. I called them numerously only to be told that they will email me shortly but did not. As I wanted to send an urgent delivery, I purchased it anyway at full price. I purchased a premium basket of fresh fruit and nuts but was shocked when I saw the actual gift. The quality was so inferior, the fruit was of bad quality, I am utterly disappointed as I wanted to gift something of quality. To date I have yet to even receive that voucher as promised. The helpline agents are rude and unprofessional. Never dealing with this company again!
