Disappointing SERVICE!

Disgusting service from them!!!! 1st attempt my boyfriend placed an order for flowers with chocolate, with an additional 2x boxes of chocolate and wine, the chocolates were melted. This time around he surprised me with a package from them and the lady delivering “forgot” the package she said she is coming back till now. When I contacted the company today on WhatsApp they said they will deliver and they haven’t! I’m so done with this company
