disappointing service

Just thought I would give a review on one of our few delivery services which happens to be so disappointing. This would be my second time ordering from them. First experience was when they came after delivery time and made me walk a distance due to not being able to locate premises. Second was not adding proper info to a gift. Small problems but inconvenient to say the least.
