Disappointing service

I receive an incomplete order and this was a gift ,complained about it on the WhatsApp number but till today the item is not delivered ,I realy don’t think I’ll ever order from them or recommend anyone to do so . They keeping on saying my parcel is out on delivery but I never receive it.
