Disappointing Service: ***

I am extremely disappointed with NetFlorist’s service. I ordered a gift for my husband, which was supposed to be a special surprise. Not only did they fail to deliver the gift on time, but they also didn’t bother to contact him directly to make arrangements for delivery.

What’s worse is that there was no proactive communication or apology from NetFlorist regarding the missed delivery. It completely ruined what was meant to be a thoughtful surprise, and the lack of customer service is unacceptable.

I expected much more from a company that specializes in delivering gifts for special occasions. Sadly, I won’t be using NetFlorist again and would not recommend their services to others.
