Disappointing Service

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific day - this was not done and no phone call to offer inform me why and ask for an alternative address - called the next morning and told they would be delivered "right away" - 4 hours later.....sent in a complaint email - no response - sent a second one - again no response - called and got a personal email address from an agent and guess what - ignored again - not the level of service I have come to expect from NetFlorist - will think twice about using them again
