DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

It was our 5th year anniversary on the 02/06/2022 and I thought I should surprise my wife at work with a bunch of flowers and chocolates. It was really disappointing to realize that the order was not delivered when she knocked off at 6pm,and the lady who assisted me with the order (Lerato) assured me that deliveries to a business address are done before 17:30.

Delivery called at 18:15 and what he asked was "are you guys open" imagine. I sent an email same day cause I was really broken to realize what they've turned our special day to be. What's the use of delivering the next day whereas she won't even be at work cause we had vacation plans for our anniversary.

They responded my email on the 03/06/2022 that they understood the meaning behind the order being delivered on the actual day and they will process a refund and we should expect it within 1-3 business days, however order will be delivered as compensation for ruining our special day.

Today it's the 17/02/2022 and still we've been waiting for the refund. They keep on taking me from Pilar to post its sickening.

I'm never using them again. They are expensive yet have poor service. Order number: ***
